Gender PROMINT, IPODI and the Chair of Innovation Economics invite you to the round table discussion on
How do women transform technology?
Women definitely contribute to the processes of knowledge creation, application and dissemination. Gender equity is n a key issue for the achievement of better results in science and technology, especially in what regards innovation.
The aim of this round table is to discuss in epistemological terms and through case studies HOW gendered perspectives may challenge, change and contribute to technology and innovation. It will be shown some perspectives in theory and practice about the potential and actual contribution of women to the scientific research and technical design, in private and public sectors, in market and non-market organizations and in the society in general.
